How long does an audit take?

It depends on scope: from a few days for a small application to 2–3 weeks for a larger system. We agree scope and timeline before we start.

Do you need production access?

Usually read-only access to the repository, documentation and cloud account is enough. I'm happy to sign an NDA.

Can you help implement the fixes afterwards?

Yes, but you don't have to. The report is written so that your own team or any other vendor can act on it.
