1. Data controller

2. What data I process and why

Email correspondence

When you email me, I process your email address, name and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in handling correspondence).

Booking a call (Cal.com)

The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, Inc. and only loads after you click the button. When booking, you provide your name, email address and optionally a note. I process this data to schedule and hold the meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Cal.com may process data outside the European Economic Area (including the USA) under GDPR transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Server logs

This website is hosted on a server at OVHcloud. The server automatically logs basic request information (IP address, date and time, page address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for no longer than 30 days.

3. Cookies

The website itself does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Cookies may only be set by Cal.com if you choose to load the booking calendar.

4. Recipients

Your data may be shared with providers that deliver services to me: hosting (OVHcloud), email, the booking system (Cal.com), accounting software and, if we enter into a contract, my accounting office.

5. Retention

I keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and then until any potential claims become time-barred. Contract and billing data is kept for the period required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy,
  • rectify your data,
  • erase your data or restrict its processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to reply to your message or book a meeting. I do not make automated decisions or profile users.
