You do. Once the work is paid for, you get full intellectual property rights and access to the repository.

How do you price projects?

After we talk and pin down the scope, I give you a fixed price per milestone or an hourly rate with an agreed cap. No surprises on the invoice.

Which technologies do you use?

I pick the technology to fit the problem, not the other way round. I prefer proven, mainstream tools so any future developer can take the project over easily.
