Hi, I'm Paweł
I'm a software engineer and IT consultant. I design and build systems, and I help companies make better technology decisions and adopt AI sensibly.
The name 'U mnie działa' is Polish for 'works on my machine', the most famous sentence in IT. My job is to make sure 'works on my machine' also means 'works for you': in production, in your team's hands, and six months from now.
I work remotely with a small number of clients at a time, so every project gets my full attention.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work remotely only?
Yes. I work with clients across Poland and the European Union. We meet online (Google Meet, Teams or Zoom) and share documents and code in the tools you already use.
How much does it cost?
The first call is free. After that you get a written proposal with a fixed price per milestone or an hourly rate with a cap. No hidden costs and no subscriptions you didn't ask for.
How soon can you start?
Usually within one to two weeks of accepting the proposal. Short consultations can often be scheduled the same week.
Will you sign an NDA and a data processing agreement?
Yes. I'm happy to sign an NDA, and a GDPR data processing agreement if I'll have access to personal data.
Do you take on large projects?
I deliberately focus on projects one experienced person can deliver well and in a reasonable time. For large systems, I can act as your technical advisor and help you choose a vendor.
What kind of companies do you work with?
Mostly small and mid-sized businesses and startups that don't have their own IT department or want an independent outside view.
